Life Insurance Basic life insurance is company paid and covers 2x annual base salary up to $500,000. Voluntary life insurance may be purchased at an additional charge for employee and family members.
Medical Medical PPO options are offered through Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Dental The dental plan offers benefits paid at 100% for preventive care with no deductible and other major and orthodontia services are paid at 80%.
Vision Care The vision plan is provided by VSP.
401(k) Plan Employee contributes with pre-tax dollars and ASRC matches up to 4% of the employees’ payroll contributions. Eligibility and matching begins on date ofhire with 100% vesting.
Holidays and Leave ASRC observes 10 paid holidays. The vacation accrual rates are asfollows: 0-4 years = 10 days, 5-12 years = 15 days, and 13+ years = 20 days. You will accrue 80 hours of sick leave a year. Additional leave will be given for Military Service, Bereavement, and Jury Duty.
Disability Insurance Short Term and Long Tern Disability are company paid plans that provide 66 2/3% of income when the employee is under a doctor's care and unable to work.
Flexible Spending Accounts You may participate in the following: Dependant Care, Medical Care Reimbursement, and Transportation up the maximum annual amounts.
Employee Assistance Program The Employee Assistance Program provides a range of services from legal or alcohol/drug abuse to a variety of confidential counseling services. Assistance is available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week to the employee and his/her family members.
